Role description & Role accountabilities: Assist senior colleagues on multiple projects in planning, design and preparation of high-quality drawings within deadlines. * Liaising with the team to demonstrate an understanding of scope, knowledge, and provide innovative design solutions as per best engineering practices. * Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. * Developing understanding and competency in design process and project delivery. * Readiness for work-hands-on work in a BIM environments and design softwares * Getting familiar with standards codes and regulations * Diligent focus on the quality of deliverables. * Fulfilling duties within the Arcadis business management system including the completion of mandatory training, timesheets and other submissions as required. * Processing data from available sources for task preparation, presentation and interpretation as required by the Project Manager/Project Engineer. Compliance to the Arcadis Health and Safety standards. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with an interest in water quality, treatment technologies, and infrastructure design * Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and BIM teams * Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills Qualifications & Experience: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Masters in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University. * 0 to 1 years of experience. * Sound technical knowledge, academically good. Why Arcadis?
