Job Responsibility: 1- Role will involve working closely and supporting Yokogawa Solution Architects during interactions with Client’s plant operations, automation teams, generating insights from plant historical data, identifying areas for A.I driven Control implementation, Benefit calculations, designing and presenting the concept to Client. 2- Support to Analyze process data to identify areas of improvement that can be brought forward by implementing A.I. Control Solution. 3- Support to Design A.I. Control Concept to overcome identified issues and enable efficient and smooth operations with minimal human intervention. 4- Support to prepare Benefit Reports featuring the key areas of improvement, economic benefits that will be outcome of conceptualized A.I Driven Control. Extend support to Engineering Team during execution for tasks that can add value and cocreate for future executions 5- Support to conduct Return on Investment calculations as per Benefit Study and project to Client. Interact and collect feedback from Yokogawa Engineering Team on ongoing A.I Driven Projects and keep track of lessons learnt during execution. 6- Conduct Technology introduction presentations to new clients. Participate & contribute in client presentations, technical and commercial clarifications/workshops, discussions with clients for ongoing opportunities to define scope etc. Job Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Job Skills & Competencies: 1- Basic knowledge of different process industries will be advantageous. Basic understanding of PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment datasheets will be advantageous. 2- Basic knowledge of industrial control systems (e.g., DCS, SCADA, PLCs) is advantageous. Basic understanding on AI/ML concepts is advantageous. 3- Ability to work on large data sets for Data Analytics is preferred. Proficiency in basic Chemical Engineering principles, unit operations is preferred. 4- Proficiency in using Excel and /or Power BI for Data analytics is preferred. Proficiency in using MS Word, PowerPoint. 5- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB is an added advantage. 6- Willingness to work in cross domain functions and adapt to business requirements is preferred.
