We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our team at Lamborn Hill.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, confident and most importantly want a career within the estate agency industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Stay knowledgeable about the property market status
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers
- Advertise properties through various media and networking activities
Qualifications:
- Driving licence is a must
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- The want to learn and self develop within the industry
- Be able to constructively accept feedback and implement improvements suggested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
