TRAINEE ESTATE AGENT – AWARD-WINNING REAL ESTATE COMPANY

Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week (shifts between 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturdays on a rota basis)

• Experience in a target-driven sales or customer service environment
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• High energy and a proactive, enthusiastic approach
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Good IT and database skills

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to build relationships and promote services
• Identify and recommend additional services to generate revenue
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service over the phone
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and branches
