KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Review ITT documentation, to ensure full understanding of the contract requirements,
• Attend kick off meetings for new opportunities,
• Undertake site visits to establish and verify asset details,
• Contacting specialist sub-contractors for quotations,
• Prepare costing sheet for review,
• Complete Forms of Tender and comply any qualifications that need to be included within the final submission.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

The main purpose of the job is to support the Senior Estimator in the commercial build-up of new tenders, re-tenders, and ad-hoc operational costings.
They will report into the Senior Estimator and close working relationships with all Management will be key.
Build competitive tenders, ensuring specification, solutions and costings are commercially viable and all risks accounted for and considered.
Will need to travel for the purposes of site visits, tender meetings, client presentations and other ad-hoc requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and lead where necessary and/or required the pricing of all tender enquiries.
• Engage with colleagues, including technical employees at all levels, as well as external suppliers to ensure the best possible bids are submitted every time.
• Liaise with Supply Chain to ensure best value is achieved.
