Description

Operations Management * Oversee end-to-end operations for Emerging Markets, from business signing to commercial execution. * Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Project Management (PM) teams on filings and legalized document exchanges. Alliance & Supply Chain Management * Follow up with partners on Distribution Agreements (DAs), filings, approvals, and launches. * Collaborate with PM and supply chain teams on special imports and Purchase Order (PO) execution. Transportation & Vendor Management * Organize pharmaceutical product transportation and monitor shipments for on-time delivery. * Engage logistics service providers to meet quality and service standards. Finance Coordination * Track payments, manage LCs, ensure payment terms, and handle MTT transactions. Data & Reporting * Analyse logistics data, generate reports on trends, and recommend operational improvements. Problem Resolution & Collaboration * Resolve logistics issues promptly, reporting to the cluster head. * Partner with procurement, sales, marketing, and other teams to align with business strategy. * Provide customer support and manage feedback.

Responsibilities
