• Assist in servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs of fire alarm systems and related equipment.
• Support planned maintenance and emergency call-out work under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Use IT systems for documentation, reporting, and diagnostics as part of our digital service delivery model.
• Attend regular in-house training and progress meetings at our officers in Rochdale and other training centres
• Follow all health and safety regulations and industry best practices at all times.
