Phillips Fires Ltd is a small fireplace business based in London. We are innovative, creative and supportive engineers who’s goal is to enjoy our days work and create eye catching centerpieces.
All our work is based around London and we work at some of the best homes, hotels and restaurants, creating fireplaces for the most luxurious rooms.
The team are expected to help each other in all tasks and you won’t be singled out to undertake the mundane jobs. We are a friendly and welcoming team of people who like to enjoy ourselves whilst still completing our jobs to a high standard. An eye for attention to detail is beneficial but, we are looking more for a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Training will be provided on the job and progression within the company is encouraged. Every day is different and we like to enjoy ourselves whilst doing it.
You will be:
Provided training to install fireplaces and encouraged to become a qualified Gas Safe or a HETAS registered engineer.
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of all types of fireplace. From gas and wood burning stoves, to electric and bioethanol.
Carry out gas work to the latest regulations.
Learn and help a qualified engineer with the servicing and repair of fireplaces.
Skills:
- Strong desire to learn and a keen eye for maths.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
