  • Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering is desirable but not essential

As a Trainee Flight Operations Performance Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with aircraft data, systems, and tools that support safe and efficient flight operations. This role offers exposure to technical analysis, documentation, and real-world application of aircraft performance standards.   • Assist in producing and reviewing aircraft performance data in line with CASA regulations (CAO 20.7.1b)
  • Monitor aeronautical publications, including NOTAMs, to assess operational impacts
  • Support administration and quality assurance of Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications
  • Contribute to airport and route analysis through technical reporting and payload/range evaluations
  • Help develop, update, and publish performance manuals, policies, and controlled documents
  • Be involved in enhancing existing tools and introducing new technologies to streamline data management and distribution
