Description
Assist in the preparation and review of individual income tax returns for expatriates and impatriates. Support with tax equalization calculations and related administrative tasks. Help coordinate immigration procedures, including visa and work permit applications and renewals. Collaborate on social security documentation, such as A1 certificates and coverage verifications. Maintain and update internal databases and assignment tracking systems. Communicate with internal teams and, when applicable, clients or assignees under supervision. Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Global Mobility team. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Genuine interest in global mobility, international taxation, and immigration. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player.
