EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Demonstratable experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing production.
• Experience in setting/operating machinery.
• Experience of working with Titanium, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Mild Steel.
• Planning, organising and prioritising skills
• High level of EHS knowledge and awareness.

JOB ROLE

• Set/Operate Hot Heading machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances
• Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace and once fully trained to train others at a future date.
• Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications
• Self certification of your personal work
• Responsible for producing SPC charts and records
• To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams
• Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
• Work as fully flexible team member within the company to maximise levels of production and quality
• All quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis

• Maximise plant and resource utilisationAdhere to training plan with regular feedback meetings with supervisor/team leaders
