Job Title: Trainee Design Assistant

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Plumbing and heating experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong IT skills are required (specific training on internal systems will be provided).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Utilise IT systems, including internal CRM software, to generate heat loss calculations.
• Review floorplans and building fabrics with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports outlining design specifications and project progress.
• Liaise directly with customers to discuss project requirements and provide feedback to the installation team.
• Carry out administrative duties, including DNO submissions and BUS applications, in coordination with the sales team.
