• Enthusiastic, practical, and eager to learn
• Hardworking, motivated, and seeking a long-term career
• Strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
• Based in Hereford

• Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience across a variety of assistive devices
• Attend maintenance visits, emergency callouts, and installations of patient hoists, stairlifts, domestic lifts, specialist beds, baths, and more
• Participate in in-house and manufacturer-led training programmes to continually enhance your skills
• Communicate professionally with clients, building strong relationships
• Maintain and repair disability equipment to the highest standards
