  • You assist in managing employee lifecycle processes and respond to employee inquiries
  • You aid in the digital transformation of HR processes and support HR systems implementation
  • You perform insightful HR data analysis to enable data-driven decision-making
  • You support compensation processes and conduct benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair practices
  • You contribute to the development of concepts and processes for talent and leadership growth. You engage in HR projects and initiatives to enhance processes and foster employee engagement

What will convince us

  • Above-average degree in business administration, preferably with an HR focus or a comparable subject area
  • First practical experience in international companies, ideally in HR departments
  • Interest in conceptualizing or digitizing processes
  • Hands-on mentality and goal orientation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (You will spend time abroad during the program)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is desirable
