The Role:
You’ll be working alongside skilled engineers to learn how to:
· Strip down, clean, inspect, and rebuild 3-phase industrial motors and gearboxes
· Assist in fault-finding and mechanical diagnostics
· Operate workshop tools and equipment
· Follow safety procedures and document repair work
· Gradually progress to working on additional industrial electro-mechanical equipment learning and developing a niche skill set.
This is a practical, hands-on role with full training provided.

We want candidates that are:
· Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
· Interested in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
· Good with your hands and enjoys practical work
· GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science
Workshop or technical experience is a bonus, but not essential. A completion of a level 2 NVQ in some kind of Engineering would also be beneficial.
