Responsibilities
  • Be accountable for assisting with the management and coordination of the CDE on a project
  • Be accountable for the interaction with the project team, ensuring IM queries and potential issues are raised and managed through to completion
  • Be accountable for assisting in the delivery and implementation of Dalkia’s ISO19650 processes for Project Delivery.
  • Be accountable for assisting in the utilisation of Dalkia’s CDE and information management process
  • Maintaining detailed project records and production of detailed reports in various formats
  • Assisting with reporting on project/s development against the programme, deliverables and KPI’s
  • Assisting with the management of the ISO 19650 process audit or feeding into the audit with complete information and examples
  • Assist in collecting lessons learned on projects and sharing knowledge and learning
