About the role As a Trainee, you will report to the Financial Analyst and will be responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) process. Along the way, you will get to: Invoice Processing Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. MIS reports Prepare MIS reports related to AP activities Update daily AP tracker. Share daily status updates with AP team. Filing & Documentation Organize & file invoices, payment proofs & related documents. Vendor Management Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and payment schedules. Assist in onboarding new vendors and updating vendor details. Assist in payment batches Employee Reimbursement Handling Review & verify employee expense claims for processing reimbursement. Internal Coordination Work with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to resolve various issues. Maintaining credit card excel sheets. Reporting Update daily AP tracker. Share daily status updates with AP team. Learning & Development Participate in AP process training sessions. Stay updated on company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
