Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor at our Fort St. John, BC location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $22.06 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:

  • Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
  • Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
