With full on-the-job training provided, you’ll develop a strong understanding of how to invite policy renewals, research the best schemes for our clients and identify opportunities to add real value. You’ll also gain insight into the industry’s processes and regulations, setting a solid foundation for your future. Once you’ve completed your probation, your career progression will accelerate with a fully funded and supported qualification through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

• Support clients through the renewal journey, making the process smooth, clear, and stress-free
• Work closely with Underwriters and team members to secure the best outcomes for our clients
• Keep on top of daily responsibilities, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and internal processes
