Responsibilities

Our land acquisition teams play a critical role in identifying and securing sites for future housing developments. Professionals in this field combine market insight and negotiation skills to source viable land opportunities that align with our strategic growth objectives. It’s a dynamic and rewarding area of the business, offering the chance to directly influence the success and scale of new developments.
This is an opportunity to complete a qualification and gain practical experience while being an integral part of the team. The post is based at our Solihull office, with travel across the region.
You will be working on immediate and strategic land opportunities, supporting the team and Senior Leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job, evolving the role from one of assisting to one of undertaking and leading.

  • A role designed to offer you the relevant experience, development opportunities and exposure to senior leadership, enabling you to become a strategic land manager/land manager within 2 years
  • Supporting land search and land acquisition processes including travelling to view sites
  • Completing detailed planning research and evaluation to help secure immediate and strategic land opportunities
