JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an applicant to be trained to become a vinyl print operator within a busy sign company. The successful applicant will be trained and willing to learn the mechanical and operating duties of operating several types of print machines along with laminating and print finishing.

This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.

  • Excellent structure and planning.
  • Using RIP software such as Calderra
  • Laminating and print finishing
  • Operate and maintain printing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required during the handling of materials and finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and communicate efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
