Responsibilities Support daily team operations and assist in supervising trainees and junior staff. Collaborate with management to develop and implement training and leadership strategies. Monitor project goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance growth. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and organizational skills.
