Preston Redman is a forward thinking law firm based in Bournemouth on the South Coast, established in 1876. The firm has a culture of exceptional client service and prides itself on being an open and friendly place to work.
We are looking for a trainee legal secretary to join our team.
The successful applicant will initially provide a full range of professional office support services. Full training and assistance will be given.

Your key duties will include: -

  • Handling incoming mail
  • Forwarding incoming emails and faxes
  • Printing and putting together Court bundles
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Preparation of legal documents, including sewing Wills and binding documents
  • Photocopying and scanning of documents
  • Filing
  • Reception and associated tasks, including telephone calls and meeting and greeting clients
  • Archiving
  • Researching
