JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join our team and assist in the smooth execution of rental transactions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field is a plus).
• Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer applications.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a sales or lettings role preferred
• Strong administrative skills to manage client records and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse client base
