Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £21,000 – £26,000 per annum (DOE, including commission and bonuses)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm | 2 Saturdays per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online portals in a professional and friendly manner
  • Booking and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Gathering and providing feedback to landlords and applicants
  • Supporting the team in meeting performance targets while maintaining compliance
  • Spotting opportunities to cross-sell services and help grow the business
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and compliance checks to ensure smooth tenancies
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the letting process
  • Updating internal systems and supporting management with reporting as needed
