REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will also:
· Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

· Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines and targets.
· Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of customers.
· Have a full UK Valid Driving Licence and your own car.

Under the guidance of the Director and Assistant Lettings Manager, you will become invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of the department, you’ll bring a friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient approach to understanding prospective tenants’ requirements, matching them with properties, conducting viewings and creating new tenancies.
It’s a busy, dynamic role that will also see you go beyond ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience, to looking ahead to see how the branch can operate even more efficiently.
