We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Line Mechanic to join our team based in New Plymouth. This is your opportunity to gain practical, on-the-job experience while working towards industry-recognised qualifications. You’ll work alongside experienced crews to learn how to safely build, maintain and repair electricity networks across the Taranaki region. Over time, you’ll develop skills in: * Overhead and underground line construction and maintenance * Network inspections, repairs and upgrades * Fault response and restoration work * Safe use of tools, plant and equipment in a live network environment This role is ideal for someone practical, reliable and keen to work outdoors in a team environment.
