JOB OVERVIEW

To be a motivated Trainee Machine Operator, with a willingness to learn how to operate and maintain the TFT machines efficiently, producing Thermacors.

• Learn the core foundations of the machines in their capabilities and tolerances
• Learn how to operate the machines safely and efficiently
• Operate and monitor machinery under supervision
• Follow production schedules and quality control procedures
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment
• Assist with material handling and setup tasks
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines
• Assist experienced operators with tasks as needed
