The Trainee Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Management Accountant with the production and distribution of key reports which cover areas such as Weekly P&L; KPI trackers; Monthly management accounts; Balance sheet reconciliations and other key reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of key outputs
  • Support the Management Accountant in all areas as appropriate
  • Any other reports/information as requested by senior management
  • Assist with ensuring the monthly management accounts are prepared and reviewed on a timely basis.
  • Assist with ensuring that accurate and complete balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a quarterly basis in accordance with both the Financial Controller’s and Group requirements
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting processes through the preparation of schedules for the Management Accountant.
  • Support external/internal audit processes.
