MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational and experience:

• For high school graduates (or equivalent) with no post-secondary education, a minimum of 3 years retail experience*.
• For candidates with some post-secondary education, a combination of post-secondary education and retail experience* must be at least 3 years. A minimum of 6 months retail experience*.
• For college graduates, Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6 months of retail experience*.
• Grocery Retail experience is preferred

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $18.17 - $25.11. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
