Job Description Trainee Manager Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re now looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join us as Trainee Managers, supporting the next generation of leaders across our resort. About the Role As a Trainee Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our key operational departments, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how our resort operates day to day. You’ll begin at Team Member level, developing strong foundations in areas such as: Restaurant Kitchen Reception Bars Housekeeping Retail As you progress, you’ll be exposed to supervisory elements of the roles and learn core management functions within each department. Over an 18-month structured programme, you'll gain experience to create a personalised development plan. This programme is designed to help you build confidence, develop leadership skills and potentially fast-track into a Supervisory role and beyond.
