Trainee Marketing Manager

ISIC IRELAND IS SEEKING A DEDICATED MARKETING MANAGER TO MANAGE THEIR NATIONAL 2ND AND 3RD LEVEL EDUCATION ACCOUNTS AND ASSISTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT IDENTITY CARD.

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, hard-working individual with originality, enthusiasm, adaptability, passion to deliver results – and with ability to think strategically. You will be working with 2nd and 3rd level Education across Ireland building and expanding our client’s portfolio.
Applicants should be looking to advance their career and will be able to apply their knowledge in a practical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, strong customer focus and ability to build customer relationships with an eye for spotting unique business opportunities. We are looking for someone who is driven and will stand out from the crowd.
The role:
The successful candidate will be working on the business development, marketing and sales for ISIC Ireland in a B2B context. You will be working as part of the ISIC team creating, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to grow business to business relationships. This is an amazing opportunity to develop your marketing skills as part of a well-established organization and build your achievements in the ISIC Ireland Team.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer relationship management.
• Staff Supervision
• Hoola Hoop maintenance
• Researching and developing new opportunities.
• Developing ISIC Ireland brand awareness.
• Working with an in-house system.
• Dealing with multiple accounts within the ISIC international.
• End to end client development.
• Have a lot of laughs.
• Become an expert on the youth market, trends and opportunities.

The successful candidate should have/be:

• A masters in Business, Marketing or any other relevant degree.
• A creative thinker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn.
• Previous experience.
• Drive and ambition.
• Attention to detail.
• Permission to work in Ireland.
• Experience with Jager Bombs

Practical skills:

• Excel competency.
• Power-Point.
• Knowledge of email marketing campaign tools is an advantage.

Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
