Responsibilities

As a Trainee Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll be representing one of the countries most leading telecommunications brands. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression of both our company and the client you represent.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Event-based engagement – meeting and greeting customers at exhibitions, shopping centres, trade shows, and other promotional events, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
  • Showcasing / Marketing services – confidently explaining and demonstrating the client’s telecommunications products, from mobile packages to broadband solutions, helping customers understand what best suits their needs.
  • Building connections – holding tailored conversations to uncover customer interests, answer questions, and spark genuine interest in the client’s offerings.
  • Driving results – encouraging sign-ups, generating leads, and promoting exclusive event offers, all while working towards personal and team goals.
  • Insight gathering – capturing customer feedback, questions, and trends to provide valuable insights back to the client and management team.
  • Event Marketing presentation – maintaining an eye-catching and professional promotional stand, ensuring materials are fully stocked and displays remain engaging throughout the day.
  • Team collaboration – working closely with colleagues to create an energetic, positive atmosphere that represents both Bol Partners and the client at the highest standard.
