PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To competently follow predefined manufacturing processes to deliver products.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Stator Winding (full training given if required);
o Coil Insertion
o Coil packing
o Wedging and packing
o Blocking and bracing
o Connecting and cabling
· Support of production teams manufacturing activities.
· Performs/prepares build or inspection activities before and during product manufacturing.
· Delivers production requirements by following instructions/processes.
· Delivers in production and inspection activities following instructions and processes to ensure technology is delivered effectively, efficiently, on-time, to specification and in a cost-effective manner.
· Maintains manufacturing documentation to achieve full standards of traceability.
· Fully contributes to the process of continuous improvements and company goal of achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001 certified quality management systems requirements.
· Responsible for general housekeeping within their area.
· Assist in work centre housekeeping and any 5S activities.
