Trainee MINI Sales Executive Application Deadline: 28 March 2026 Department: MINI Sales Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Guildford, Surrey Reporting To: Jon Coussens - MINI Brand Manager Compensation: £28,000 / year Description Vines has an exciting opportunity to join the MINI Sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive, ideal for someone who already has sales experience in another industry and is looking to develop their career within the automotive sector. You will benefit from a structured training and development programme designed to support your transition into automotive sales, with the aim of progressing to a fully established Sales Executive within your first year. Throughout this period, you will be provided with the tools, training, and ongoing support needed to help you succeed and reach your full potential. Salary: £28,000 plus £100 per car sold whilst in your training period. Key Responsibilities You’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process. You will also be responsible for: Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping In regular contact with them about our products always maintaining a customer focused mindset. Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk-ins. Maintaining our state-of-the-art customer contact system with up to date and accurate records. Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant. Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
