Location: Remote + 1 office day in Southampton per month.
Salary: £24,000 + Bonus
On Target Earnings: £27,600

This is a key entry-level role, and many of our most successful advisers began their careers in this position. You will gain essential experience in client communication, lead management, and FCA compliant processes, setting a solid foundation for progression.

• Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound client calls
• Book appointments for mortgage and protection advisers
• Build rapport with clients while handling objections confidently
• Accurately record client information and maintain CRM systems
• Support lead conversion and ensure smooth client handovers
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and adviser teams
• Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
