An exciting opportunity to forge a long-term career in Financial Services, becoming a full-time, fully employed CeMAP-qualified (or working towards) Mortgage & Protection Adviser with Zest Money Group, one of the region’s most ambitious businesses.
We are looking for two ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Trainee Mortgage Adviser Academy and develop into highly skilled advisers through structured training, mentoring, and career progression.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

• A comprehensive 16-week office-based training programme (9am–6pm, Monday–Friday) covering mortgage advice, protection, compliance, and customer engagement.
• Financial support provided to obtain your CeMAP qualification, including full study materials and exam entry costs paid. (We will also consider applicants who already hold CII qualifications.)
  Once qualified, you will quickly transition into advising customers, with additional guaranteed commission during your first 12 months of advising.

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, your focus will be on providing high-quality advice and writing in excess of 16 mortgages with protection per month. You will be supported by a dedicated Adviser Support Team who manage customer contact, appointment setting, and case progression—allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: advising clients and achieving results.
