The successful Trainee New Home Sales Consultant will have a desire to become an expert at selling customers their dream homes and will be trained on the job by our expereinced Sales staff. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.
You are required to work weekends with two days off in the week. This would be discussed at interview and you’ll need a driving licence and access to you own car.

Responsibilities
  • Following the trainee schedule for a period of 12 months. With regular 1:1 meetings identifying what you have learnt and what still needs to be worked on.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information competitors, our unique selling points
  • Ensuring Dandara Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering the construction areas of the development.
  • Initiating approaches to prospects, recording, and following up all visitors, regularly updating and progressing all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
  • Learning the conveyancing process so you can effectively plot progress to ensure exchange deadlines are met.
  • Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
  • Building up good working relationships and having a continuous liaison with solicitors, estate agents, banks and building society managers and valuers.
  • Regular contact with the recommended Financial Advisor to ensure knowledge of the mortgage market and available products is up to date.
  • Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Complete home demonstration training
  • Undertake handovers to customers when they receive keys – ensuring the 5 star customer journey
  • Participate in weekly build sales meetings
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
