Position: Trainee Location: Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico. As a Trainee, you will support end‑to‑end Global Care services for the Nokia Mediation solution. In this learning‑focused role, you’ll develop technical support and customization skills, assisting with code adjustments and fix preparation. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, contribute to improvement initiatives, and occasionally join supervised customer visits.
