Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 250 people.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About the Role
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of our employees and the provision of a long-term career path.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Have a current Drivers License
  • Have a keen interest in machinery/Civil Construction
  • Be prepared to travel throughout New South Wales and potentially interstate
  • Have a strong work ethic, willing to work flexible hours to meet the client’s needs
  • Possess a positive, can do attitude
  • Keen interest in learning all facets of profiling work including pre-milling, Asphalt work and Final Trim
  • Ability to work on your own and in a team environment
  • Ability to complete pre-employment medical including D&A
  • Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
