We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Trainee Optical Coater & Production Technician to join our precision optics manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity for a technically inclined individual to gain broad, cross-functional experience in vacuum deposition, optical coating design, substrate dicing, and production scheduling. Full training will be provided on advanced equipment and industry-standard software, offering a strong foundation for a long-term technical career.

EXPERIENCE

• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred).

• Coating Operations
• Assist in the operation of vacuum deposition systems (thermal evaporation, e-beam, or sputtering).
