JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a flexible and versatile individual with a desire to learn and strong attention to detail. As a Trainee Paint Sprayer, you’ll be working under the Production Manager and Painter, learning the various paint systems, processes and equipment, preparing parts prior to painting, Wet spraying and powder coating, as well as undertaking adhoc duties such as signage assembly, ensuring every job meets our high standards. Continuous on the job training and support will be provided.

• Prepare surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion and long-lasting finishes
• Apply high-quality finishes using spray guns in a controlled spray booth environment.
• Spray base coats, topcoats, and protective clear coats on fabricated sign panels and components.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment, including guns, hoses, and booths.
• Sign assembly and various adhoc duties
• Follow health and safety procedures
