Sylvan Financial Management is a fast-growing dynamic financial advice firm in Cheadle, Stockport. Our focus is on helping clients achieve their aims, goals and objectives through independent financial planning. We aim to deliver a personalised service with the client at the heart of all we do.
The Opportunity:
The position will initially be office-based and will require the successful candidate to work alongside the directors of the business to deliver financial planning advice, and most importantly a consistently excellent level of client service.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to personal development.
Full training and exam support will be offered with the intention that the successful candidate will work towards Chartered Financial Planner status.
Experience in a financial services setting is desirable but not required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver a high standard of client service
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
• High attention to detail and accuracy

This is a full-time role working 35 hours a week over Monday to Friday, standard hours are 9 to 5 with a 1-hour lunch break however we are willing to offer some flexibility around hours for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
