Job Description Duration: 6 months Start: As soon as possible Languages: English (fluency required), German is a plus We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement team. In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective—turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (incl. macros) and Power BI Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Conduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as needed Visualize findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders Support coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e.g. access management) Qualifications active student status (under age of 25 can be also passive) minimum 20-25 hours of work per week (35-40 hours is a plus) Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data Advanced skills in Excel (including macros) and Power BI Confident in structuring data and telling stories through visuals Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently No HR knowledge required—curiosity and learning mindset matter most Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus Additional Information * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
