To contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and modern ward pharmacy service. Undertaking activities predominantly at ward level but also within the pharmacy department which contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of medicines to patients e.g. medicines supply, drug administration, and dispensing medication. Training posts at band 2 level are available where candidates will be supported through their dispensing assistant qualification via Buttercups and undertake an in-house training programme to develop their ward-based competencies and dispensing skills
