JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE This fixed term contract role is ideal for a process driven, detail orientated candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate will have the benefit of working in a hybrid set up where working from home and in the office is part of the role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Project Planning: Assist in creating and reviewing project plans, defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Team Coordination: Support to organize team activities, ensuring all team members are clear on their tasks and deadlines are met. Progress Tracking: Help monitor project milestones, track progress, and ensure that tasks are completed according to the project plan. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment on project goals. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Documentation: Help prepare and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, progress reports, and other relevant materials. Support Senior Managers: Assist senior project managers in the execution of various projects, ensuring that projects run smoothly and are delivered on time and within budget.
