WHY CLAWSON?
We are a truly unique business! Our award-winning cheese is considered a national treasure, and we have over a hundred years of cheesemaking experience. From our dairy farmers’ cooperative through our modern factories and on to our multiple customers from all over the world, our Protected Designation of Origin Stilton is a British heritage brand to be truly proud of.
Our people are experts in their craft – they care passionately about what they do, have great integrity, constantly innovate and stick together.
We are now seeking a Trainee Process Development Technologist, to join the Clawson family based at both of our sites in Long Clawson and Bottesford. It is essential that you have a valid full UK driving licence so you can move between our sites.
This is an entry level role and would suit someone with a willingness to learn new skills who might be looking for their first step into a fast-paced food manufacturing industry.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Then we would love to hear from you, send us your CV using the link below.
Excited about the role, but your experience or qualifications don’t perfectly match everything in the job description? We would encourage you to still apply. Studies have shown that some people, particularly from minority groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
We are dedicated to building belonging, empowering our colleagues to be their true self by offering a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. You may just be the right candidate for this role, or other future roles across our business.

In addition, you will support general day-to-day administrative duties.
