We are seeking Production Operatives to train as part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will come to play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail the ability to work effectively within a factory environment.

SKILLS

  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to work calmly in a pressured environment
  • Technical experience not mandatory
  • GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Must have right to work in U.K.
  • Ability to learn new techniques with minimum training and supervision.
  • Computer skills required.
