Job Description Project Management & Delivery Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping to handover, ensuring milestones are met and installations comply with Sika's global and local standards. Develop project schedules and manage CAPEX budgets effectively. Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal teams, site managers, and external contractors throughout project implementation. Prepare business cases, technical specifications, and post-implementation reviews for senior management. On-Site Support & Safety Supervise on-site installations, ensuring work is performed safely and to high standards. Conduct safety risk assessments for new equipment and processes, adhering to Sika's WHS protocols. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement Identify and resolve engineering challenges during project implementation. Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Understanding of Australian Standards (AS/NZS) relevant to machinery and manufacturing Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, Layouts) Proficiency in Project Management software and CAD applications Valid licence and willingness to travel to various national sites Additional Information As a market leader, Sika Australia understands and recognizes the contribution employees make to the success of our business.
