As we continue to bring more unique homes to market, we are now looking for someone with a passion to learn about delivering client driven innovation, turning exciting concepts into reality and making the experience of buying and selling a home a pleasure.
You would be working with our friendly and energetic team for every aspect of selling a home. This could include communicating the unique characteristics of our properties to potential buyers over the phone, helping on our creative styling shoots, or showcasing our stunning homes to viewers.
This is a great opportunity to learn all things ‘client delight’ with NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE required. Due to the nature of the role and need for local knowledge we will only consider applicants who can drive and live within a 30-minute radius of Windermere.

  • While no industry experience is required you need to be someone who loves talking to people and must be a great listener. With a muck-in, can-do, get-it-done mentality.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

You will help to manage home sales through the entire start to finish (and beyond) process, this would include but is not limited to:

  • Building great relationships with our clients
  • Styling homes and making them look fabulous!
  • Presenting our beautiful homes to potential buyers on viewings
  • Arranging as well as attending various marketing appointments
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers
  • Administration, answering phone calls, replying to emails
  • Always ensuring world class communication at every touchpoint
  • Promoting the company on various social media platforms
